At REST & RESTORE, I aim to make your experience as comfortable, safe, and restorative as possible—hopefully exceeding your expectations. These policies are in place to support that goal and to create a calm, professional space where I can focus fully on your needs.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below. My practice is built on mutual trust and respect. If any of these policies don’t align with your values, I kindly ask that you refrain from booking. Thank you for understanding and supporting my work.
Booking Policy
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or missed appointment.
If you prefer not to leave a card on file, you may prepay 50% of your session.
A temporary $1 authorization may appear on your statement at the time of booking—this is for card verification and will reverse automatically.
Pre-Appointment Policy
Etobicoke Studio Sessions
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to review your health history, discuss goals, and get settled.
If this is your first visit, a short assessment will be done before treatment.
Your session will end at the scheduled time to respect clients booked after you.
Mobile Sessions
Ensure a parking space is available and an open, quiet area (approx. 6 ft long) is ready for setup.
I don’t mind pets or family in the space, but please minimize distractions when possible.
I’ll arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up the massage table, stool, and music so your treatment can start on time.
Late / No-Show / Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required for:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice
No-shows or missed appointments
Late arrivals (you’ll receive only the remaining time and be charged in full)
If you’re unable to make it, you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
Reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment as a courtesy. It is your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of service.
Privacy Policy
As a regulated health professional under the CMTO, I’m required to collect a complete health history before treatment. This helps ensure your massage is safe and tailored to your needs. Your form must be updated yearly or if your health changes.
All personal information is confidential and securely stored in an encrypted system. In line with PHIPA, it will only be shared with your written consent or if required by law.
Refusal of Service:
I reserve the right to decline or end treatment at any point. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving:
Signs of illness or contagious conditions
Intoxication or substance use
Inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior
Medical concerns that require physician clearance before treatment
If you have a skin condition, it's important to consult your doctor before scheduling a massage. If any of the aforementioned conditions or behaviors are observed, treatment will be denied, and you may incur charges for the scheduled appointment.
Thank you for keeping my mobile practice safe.
