As a condition of working with me, all clients must agree to the policies below. My relationship with my clients is built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. If you don't support any of my policies, please refrain from scheduling an appointment with me. Thank you!

Booking Policy

  • In order to confirm your appointment you will be asked to provide debit or credit card information to ensure our Late/No-Show/Cancellation policies below are honoured. 

  • You will NOT be charged at the time of booking, however, you have the option to use the card on file for future payment.

  • Please note that you may see a $1 charge and an offsetting $1 credit on your credit card statement at the time of booking your treatment. This is just to validate the card used to hold the appointment. This is controlled by the booking software and is unfortunately not controlled by R&R.

  • You can PREPAY 50% of your appointment if you do not wish to have a credit card on file.

Pre-Appointment Policy

  • Health history intake form must be completed 24 hours before the treatment. If the health history intake is incomplete it will be completed prior to treatment to ensure your safety.

  • Designated parking space MUST BE AVAILABLE to safely transport the massage table.

  • Provide an open space to fit the massage table and rolling stool comfortably (the table is about 6 feet long).

  • I don't mind pets or family around however I kindly ask that distractions and noise are kept to a minimum during treatment when possible. 

Late / No-Show / Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price.

  • No-shows, rescheduled, or canceled appointments within 2 hours of the scheduled treatment, will be charged the full fee. There are NO exceptions.

  • Consecutive cancellations/no-shows may result in termination of the therapeutic relationship.

  • Late arrivals will be given the remaining time left of their treatment and will be responsible for the full fee of the service.

Please know that reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment time.

I send these reminders as a courtesy but it is up to you to remember your appointment. You can easily cancel or reschedule your session using the links in your confirmation and reminder emails.

If I Cancel / Reschedule

  • In the instance that I cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive 50% off your next appointment.

Privacy Policy

As a regulated health professional I am required to obtain a thorough health history form prior to your treatment. This information must be updated annually or if there are any significant changes in your health history. All information is kept private and confidential in an encrypted system and will only be released if required by law, in which your written permission is required to release such information. 

Refusal of Service:

For safety considerations, I retain the right to decline or terminate treatment at any point. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving:

  • Inebriation or being under the influence of substances.

  • Uttering offensive or prejudiced remarks.

  • Making unwelcome sexual or romantic advances.

  • Exhibiting signs of illness or contagious conditions.

  • Manifesting contagious or unidentified skin conditions (e.g., skin rashes, warts, unexplained insect bites).

If you have a skin condition, it's important to consult your doctor before scheduling a massage. If any of the aforementioned conditions or behaviors are observed, treatment will be denied, and you may incur charges for the scheduled appointment.
